  • What kind of models can I train on the platform?

    You can fine-tune any of our pre-trained vision models, such as object detection, semantic and instance segmentation, on your own datasets. Support for tasks like pose estimation, key-point and multi-modal models is on the way, expanding what you can build and deploy with Focoos.

  • Do I need to write code to use the platform?

    No coding is needed for all the platform workflows like dataset management, training, evaluation, and deployment, all available through an intuitive web interface. But if you prefer working in code, our open-source library gives you full control, letting you script, customize, and integrate every step into your own pipelines. Everything stays fully synchronized with the platform, enabling a seamless handoff between code and UI.

  • How is my data kept secure?

    Your datasets and models are stored in private, encrypted environments with strict role-based access control. All cloud operations run on AWS infrastructure located in Frankfurt, ensuring compliance with European data protection standards. If you require full data isolation, you can also run training and inference locally using the Focoos Library, so your data never has to leave your infrastructure.

  • How do I deploy trained models?

    You can deploy to the Focoos Cloud with a single click. GPU resources are allocated automatically, endpoints are generated, and versioning is managed for you. For edge or on-premise deployments, you can export an optimized model package (e.g., ONNX), ready to integrate into your environment with no additional setup.

  • What steps does Focoos take in the event of a service outage?

    Focoos AI runs on reliable AWS cloud infrastructure with built-in redundancy, load balancing, and automatic recovery to handle potential failures. In the event of an outage, systems are designed to recover quickly, minimizing disruption to your training or inference workflows. Our support team is also available to ensure continuity and help you get back on track without delay.

    Yes. Focoos offers a Free Plan with a fixed quota of inference calls, GPU hours, storage, and model slots—ideal for testing and small-scale projects. For teams or production use, the Premium Plan unlocks access to optimized Pro models, expanded resources, and dedicated support. You can contact us to customize a plan that fits your needs.

  • What’s included in the Free Plan?

    The Free Plan includes 1,000 cloud inferences, 10 GPU training hours, 1 concurrent training job, 5 GB of storage, and up to 20 models per user. It’s perfect for testing the platform, with no feature restrictions and usage limits that reset monthly.

  • How can I monitor my quota usage?

    Click your profile photo in the bottom-left corner and select “Account” to view your current quota: inferences, GPU hours, storage, and model count. Quotas are updated in real time. If you reach a limit, feel free to contact us to upgrade to the Premium Plan or request additional resources.
